Following severe flooding across multiple areas of Guangxi, China, Babyyum (宝宝馋了) has provided emergency nutrition support to families affected by the disaster, helping ensure that infants and young children continue to have access to essential nutrition during a time of urgent need.

Responding to an Urgent Humanitarian Need

In early July, days of extreme rainfall triggered widespread flooding across Guangxi, impacting numerous communities and causing significant damage to homes, roads, and public infrastructure. Many families were displaced, while disruptions to transportation and local supply chains made it increasingly difficult to access basic daily necessities.

Among those most affected were infants, young children, and mothers, who often face greater caregiving challenges during emergencies. Access to safe, age-appropriate food becomes especially critical in the aftermath of natural disasters, when families are focused on protecting their children's health and well-being.

Recognizing these urgent needs, Babyyum (宝宝馋了) quickly mobilized emergency resources in partnership with the Zhejiang Women and Children Foundation to help provide timely support for affected families.

Delivering Essential Nutrition to Families

Babyyum (宝宝馋了) donated emergency nutrition products valued at RMB 600,000, including a range of complementary foods developed for infants and young children, such as: Infant Complementary Congee, Infant Complementary Noodles, Infant Rice Cereal, Organic A2 Yogurt for infants and toddlers

The supplies were transported to Guangxi and successfully arrived at local relief distribution centers on July 11, where they were coordinated with local partners for delivery to families in the affected communities.
